Level 70 gear trumps anything you get before that and it's not even close. The things worth keeping from before 70 are any legendaries that you might want to put in Kanai's Cube.

It doesn't have a character exactly like Seris but all of her abilities except her Q (detonate charges and heal self) exist on other heroes.

At that point it's all a loot treadmill. Find legendaries/sets, find ancients of those items, find primal ancients of those items. The whole time you're trying higher and higher Greater Rifts.

Yep, at 70 you start doing Rift runs and throw in a Greater Rift every once in a while. Usually you continue running at least Act 1 bounties until you get a Ring of Royal Grandeur. Basically run...
