Within the top six games, three of them are published by Nintendo. Please note, these numbers do not take the Nintendo Switch eShop digital sales into account. Note: The previous fastest selling Paper Mario game is Super Paper Mario, not Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Upon release, the game has received a warm reception by both gamers and critics alike. In fifth place, we have Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This appears like it may be the last month this game will enjoy a position in the top five, having demonstrated that feat since its release in late March. Earlier this month, Nintendo released patch 1.4.1 which has fixed the Star Fragments tree hack among a handful of other small bugs. Ring Fit Adventure, Wii Fit’s spiritual successor, was the sixth most sold game in July. Though previously, it held the position of seventh place. As Nintendo continues to make inventory of this game more available to consumers, Ring Fit Adventure continues to climb the charts all while working out its upper body strength.
