HomeMobilePokemon Virtual Fest Announced Mobile Pokemon Virtual Fest Announced The Pokemon Company have made an announcement for an event called “Pokemon Virtual Fest”, which will be a virtual theme park with Pokemon themed rides, shows, and footage from the Pokemon Sword and Shield games. Characters in the Pokemon Virtual Fest can be customized to a certain extent, but how far these customization features will go is currently unknown. There will be Pokemon themed rides, with names like “The Gigantamax Ferris Wheel” and “The Galarian Weezing Train”. Thank you to Serebii for the additional info on this event. In Japan, there is a company named “SCRAP” which is known for their infamous escape rooms that they design. In Pokemon Virtual Fest, SCRAP has created missions that players will be able to participate in and work to complete. The theme park has four main sections: The Event StageThe Attraction SectionThe Beach Section – players may take photos and enjoy the views here.The Store Section – players may purchase items from the gift shop area to further customize their characters. Virtual Fest will feature custom minigames similar to those that you would see at a local fair, such as “Dugtrio’s Ring-Throwing Shop” and “Inteleon’s Shooting Shop”. Unfortunately, as of now Pokemon Virtual fest looks like it will only be available in Japan via the Cluster mobile app. It is unclear if there will be a way for players outside of Japan to access this content, but we will make sure to cover that info if it becomes available.
