HomeNintendo SwitchSuper Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury Announced for Nintendo Switch Nintendo Direct Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury Announced for Nintendo Switch During a surprise Nintendo Direct this morning, Nintendo has finally announced that Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. Super Mario 3D World was originally released or the Wii U and fans have been eagerly waiting for Nintendo to port it over to the Switch. What took many people by surprise, ourselves included, is that Nintendo didn’t simply port the Wii U title over to the new console, but also have included what appears to be additional content for the game in the form of “Bower’s Fury”. You can catch the announcement of the game here, during Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct: In the game, players can work together in teams of up to 4 players while going through levels together. The iconic cat-suit Mario was debuted in this game as well along with multiple other power ups never before seen. It was hallmarked as one of the best games released onto the Wii U, but considering how poorly the Wii U sold, many Switch owners likely have yet to play it. It’s not yet clear what content will be available in the Bowser’s Fury mode which was included in this special version of the game, but the video that we were shown during the direct looked very dart and dreary.
