HomeNewsJump Force Switch Releasing August 2020 New Switch Games August 2020 Jump Force Switch Releasing August 2020 Jump Force is finally getting a Nintendo Switch release as Jump Force Deluxe Edition. Bandai Namco has stated that the game will be hitting the Switch’s eShop starting August 28th. The release of this statement came alongside a new trailer for the game, which you can check below: Jump Force will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch with the main game available elsewhere, but also with additional characters from the Characters Pass 1. That is a total of more than 50 playable characters. The game features online play for user to battle it out against friends and randoms with online and offline play options. In the Nintendo Switch version, there is a new offline 3 vs. 3, which allows up to six friends play together and battle it out together. In the 3 v 3 mode, each player controls a character on their team of three and will jump into the battle once they are called upon. Teams who can effectively work well together and knowing when to tag players in and out of the battle are necessary in order to win. Jump Force has received mixed opinions from fans of the various series included in the game. On Metacritic, the game has a Metascore of 56 and a user score of 4.3 for the PS4 version. A user review from February 13, 2019 reads as follows: It looks great, it has massive and (visually) intense but terribly mediocre and boring Combat. You create your character and use single click attacks until you’re done within 45-60 seconds. Can not recommend this game at all.. Just so you know what you are getting yourself into before deciding to purchase Jump Force once it’s available on August 28, 2020, we figured it was important to mention the overwhelmingly negative feedback that the community has given this game on other system releases. That being said, there are a decent number of players who did leave the game relatively solid feedback. If you are more of a casual player when it comes to fighting games, highly value intense battle animations, and don’t mind any down-scaling that may happen to the Switch version, then Jump Force Deluxe Edition could be a game that you’d have fun putting some hours into.
