Today we have even more exciting mod news because it turns out that a member of the modding community has faithfully recreated the Luigi Circuit level from Mario Kart Wii as a complete mini game in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The modder by the name of Waikuteru released a Youtube video showcasing the minigame which you can view below: The video mentions that the mod includes “traps, enemies, several rewards, custom in game music, new NPCs, unique dialogues, tuned master cycle zero, a timer, and more”. The mod is currently available only for patrons of Waikuteru’s Youtube channel, but a full public release of the mod will be available to the general public starting August 18, 2020. This isn’t your general run of the mill mod, this is some next level stuff. There are actual NPC crowds of characters sitting in the seats of the arena’s stands and is a multi lap course which changes during laps. This is seriously well done and deserves credit where it is due. It’s clear that a fair amount of time and dedication went into creating this mod and we are excited to see what Waikuteru makes next! Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below and whether you will be checking this out or not.
