HomeMobileFire Emblem Heroes “Hero Fest” Banner Error Announcement Fire Emblem Fire Emblem Heroes “Hero Fest” Banner Error Announcement The Fire Emblem Heroes mobile game just celebrated 3 1/2 years, but unfortunately the special “Hero Fest” banner that was announced had some errors in it. According to Nintendo World Report, the banner that was displayed showed an incorrect chance to summon the focus heroes and was supposed to be the first banner of heroes added to the game from December 2017 and August 2018 which could not be pulled from focus. Apparently, the banner showed heroes which were already removed up until November 2017 and had heroes who were also set to be removed. Someone is definitely getting in trouble for this one folks. Notice:We have detected an issue in which all 5β Heroes that appear as focus Heroes in the Revival Summoning Events are appearing in the Feh's Summer Celebration Hero Fest. We are currently investigating this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. #FEHeroes— Fire Emblem Heroes (@FE_Heroes_EN) August 2, 2020 As of now, its unclear how this situation will be remedied. A quick glance over the replies to the above tweet shows FEH players are not happy about this. Woa why isn't there a notification in game? I just spent a bunch of orbs on this banner…— Apolyoff (@Apolyoff) August 2, 2020 Twitter user Apolyoff has a fair point – why was there not (at the very least) a push notification sent out to all players notifying them of these mistakes? It was bad enough that this happened to begin with, but to simply post a tweet is not nearly enough. What about players that either aren’t following the Fire Emblem Heroes Twitter account or aren’t on Twitter at all? FEH have not yet issued a statement regarding how this will be resolved. It seems that the right thing to do would be to refund the players who made purchases with expectations from what they saw in the event, but we will just need to wait to see how Fire Emblem Heroes decides to respond.
