ah dang....quite a few people are saying that for this one....its one of the least popular pokemon games....but its 80% cuz of the dex cut and 20% cuz of the "graphics are bad" arguement. which i understand but tbh i get why its like that.

i’m thinking of finally getting pokemon on my switch, should i get sword or shield, what are the differences and how do they affect how you play?

The difference between versions are very minor. There are exclusive pokemon to each version and I believe 1 differing gym leader between the games.
