Is monster Hunter rise better the world?

Rise’s gameplay is a mix of World and old school MH. So if you like old school MH, Rise is gonna be the better choice. At this point, since Rise is the latest and current game in the series, the community for Rise is gonna be more active over World. The community is huge reason to play imo

The series itself takes getting used to, and the wire bugs are another thing to get a handle on.
