The centipede was easy for me. I just lured it towards the entrance and stayed close to it so it couldn't hit me.
Yeah, if you run off to the right after entering the fog wall, there is that platue of solid ground where you can lure the centipede demon onto and deal with him pretty effortlessly.
Or just skip him altogether😏 😏
