Grinding money for buying heroes takes a lot of time, so much that it's discouraging (you maybe get 100 gold for a game, and heroes costs up to 18.888 coins).
The events in the game are lackluster and when there's one, the rewards are not so interesting as to make you play.
The daily quests are always the same: play 1/5/10 games and win 1/3/5 games, with rewards that go from 10 to 100 coins (in the best of cases).
Balancing... well, balancing doesn't happen. We got a nerf to the most OP chars in the game after so many time and so many critics because it was too obvious that they were OP, but the rest of the game hasn't seen a balance patch since launch.
Then, we have the bugs, the toxic players (finally they reactivated the reputation system, but given how they only punish obvious afk'ers and not feeders or trolls or anything else, i'd say it's pointless.
The rate on which they launch heroes that are already in the mobile version is another thing to talk about. There are more than 70 heroes in mobile, while we have around 30 iirc. If they launch one per week, after a year we won't be at the same point than mobile yet (in mobile they launch heroes too, so the number keeps growing).
