and then have ult at 40%
instead of 20%
I mean it's barely an ultimate anymore
(exaggeration since his dmg spikes but still)
it's still an ult, but it will require what other heroes need: skill and timing

it should take the edge off of those nasty slimz crits
you can't turn into an invincible killing machine just by pressing a button when all the other heroes require knowing when is the right moment to use it

he'll still be shredding people with (previously 2.2k+) 1.8k crits
