Btw, I'm reading the patch notes of the game, and they say they noticed how Valhein and Slimz "have been shown to consistently outperform other marksmen because of their ability mechanism on joycon"

They are too noob friendly, and that's the problem. You need to outskill them by a lot in order to counter them.
@Donorak and yeah it's a moba. Think LoL but with much much faster matches, and super fast ramp-up

10-15 min matches are the usual
if you vastly outperform the enemy team, you can end a match in 5 minutes.
