yea turnarounds make you very slow
so rather than doin turnarounds just dash dance forward or backward (hence its called dancing)
dash dancing is also much faster than shield rolling away from enemies, so you should definitely practice it to avoid staling your rolls, especially since you dont want your rolls to be predicted
