@BigButteredBiscit Just out of curiosity, where are you from? I was just wondering with the "paid and in full" part of your comment, because I've never had to pay a pre-order before it shipped, ever. Even the notion of doing so feels weird, since paying before things are on their way to you means you don't really have your money prior to actually having purchased the product.
at gamestop, you can pay off only peices of it at a time. ($5 down, and you can make as many payments as you want.) but, it's not sent to you, you have to come to gamestop to pick it up.
Even if I went to gamestop and made a pre-order, the only option I'd have would be: Make the pre-order, payment on pickup.

the stopgap measure is you have to make a payment in their system that reserves the amount you're gonna pay. Prevents people from pre-ordering but never picking it up.
