I wanted to add to the multiman smash/Tetris 99 discussion, but it seems everything I was thinking already got said.
Except @tacopill Tetris 99 does not assign you just one opponent.
You can toggle through everybody, or select Random/Attackers/Most KOs/something else where they're close to losing.
If you select Attackers, which is what I usually do, you can be sending Garbage Blocks to upwards of 8 people; AFAIK it could be up to 98 if everybody attacks you.
Mario 35 is the same way.
