oh man, i haven't played Falcon in forever
he feels weird to me in Ultimate
i mean i know his moves, it's not really needing help with the character
it just feels like all my moves that i try and throw out aren't the right ones
does his up-air still combo into itself?

i havent been using it because it feels like i never get the chance to all that much
well, i suggest viewing competitive matches of Falcon to see how they handle neutral
i don't know much about Falcon in this game
although the advice is appreciated that's not the problem; it's less about who i'm playing but the fact that i'm not throwing out the moves i want
and it feels like i can never do what i want
it's most likely the input delay and buffering throwing you off
hopefully something comes up and they adjust it
