A hose could be like the gootuber, but you could also use it as a lasso. You could trap enemies with it, and do continuous damage as long as you have them trapped. That costs ink, and the RoF of the lasso is low as a sniper. You can also use it kind of as a shooter, it pumps out ink continuously, but it has low range and accuracy, like the sploosh
