I'd go something like
Special saver, Run Speed, Comeback, and Ink Sub Saver
Ink sub being super important, since you'll wanna weaken 'em first/get the kill
A pure of Ink Sub Saver would be fine
I think a pure speed up would be good too, movement is super good with that weapon
Or if not, replace the run speed with a pure swim speed

Actually I think my general splashdown set could work with Nozzlenose
CB | SSU, SSU, SSU SSU | QSJ, QSJ, SS SSJ | SS, SS, SS
You could replace the QSJ with SCU, which would give you the Inkjet faster
The stealth super jump isn't going to be that important on a L3, so you could replace that with a SCU
Three subs of SSU is enough for swim movement
The Special Saver is there to... Well, save your Special if you die.
So in the end
Come back is good for many weapons
But I think in this case, you can get away with changing that to Sub Saver
If you're replacing the Stealth Jump with charge up, you can get rid of the QSJ for the Special Charge uplike I said.
