You're new here, right 😃 ? You get Splatfest tee when Splatfest is officialy announced in-game and you gotta return it when the Splatfest ends. The latest chance to use Splatfest Tee was during the last weekend, when the Pancakes vs Waffles Splatfest was taking place.
