Nope. There are people in Pokémon centers that will trade you the Alaskan form

But Grimer and Sandshrew trades are only in LGP, while Meowth and Vulpiz trades are only in LGE

If you go catch a couple Sandshrews and Grimers and trade one of each for Alolan form, I can do the same for Meowth and Vulpix
