cant wait to accidently launch my joy con at the screen while trying to catch something

that's gonna be a thing again after the good ol' wiimote (aka destroyer of flat tv's) times

a bigger concern is going to be the amount of switch tossed when trying to catch a pokemon while playing in handheld...

i remember them saying something in the lines of having handheld but no motion

nope you still need to use motion to aim just press a button to throw the ball if i remember correctly

Just throw your switch directly at your tv instead of just the joycon

How can I move Pokemon from let's Go Eevee to let's go Pikachu when they are on the same system?? Can I use the Pokeball plus or something like that?

Pokeball Plus is locked to each specific copy of the game

You'd need to trade pokemon to somebody else, and then back to your other game, unfortunately. Unless you have another console you can borrow (although if they don't have the game, and you only have physical copies...)
