Sometimes I feel like giving up on therapy. I don't think it's getting me much better, but just preventing me from getting worse. Therapy is always presented as a fix in stuff I read. Like, the happy ending happens once a messed up character goes to therapy. I want to be fixed. Or at least back to where I was when I was 15. Therapy isn't doing that, but it's a lot better than nothing.
