Yep, at 70 you start doing Rift runs and throw in a Greater Rift every once in a while. Usually you continue running at least Act 1 bounties until you get a Ring of Royal Grandeur. Basically run things until you get a few legendaries that go together or set pieces and start turning up the difficulty.
