So another update: PDP offered to pay for half the cost of a new Switch unit since Ninty won't admit there may be an issue with 6.2.0 compatibility. So that's cool. I have asked them if anyone else reached out to them about this and they said 2 others so far, so it is not just me

I set up a booking for repair for both joycons and was sent an email that only stated to package "left blue" is this a automated response error or are they going to expect just 1 joycon lol?

Looks like they're only expecting the single joycon. Call them again and ask them to update the repair order to include both

Got an answer. Apparently they only list the first item that you select on the repair site.

But they are expecting both items right? That's odd, I remember back in April I sent in my joycon and system for small repairs on each and both were listed

My cartridge door wasn't staying down and MK8D was played too intensely and my analog stick cover came off

Maybe It's different if you send the actual switch system in? I'm only sending the joycon so it might be the reason, but generally it's a confusing and kinda stupid method.
