I hated school because, as selfish as it may sound, I got bored on it due to the class needing to be always adjusted to the lowest level pupil. Meaning that if you were ahead of them, or faster at learning, or anything, you had to wait for the rest to arrive. That's what you get with standardized systems. Good for many, but not so good for a few
