Only annoying thing about northern EU support is that they take ages to answer coz you have to ask Bergsala who then asks Nintendo, lol.
oh, but the long time to answer is not only a northern EU support problem, it's actually an EU support problem (without the "northern")

but to make things short, i sent my joycons to repair for the first time in February of this year. It seems that the last time they arrived, that is, a couple of weeks ago, and after 4 times of sending them to support, they are working, finally.
wtf...
That's... A long ass time. xD
yeah, customer support of nintendo italia... doesn't work really well
and let's say that those 4 times were actual times i send it, not the real number of times i requested a repair from them, because then we'd be talking about 8-9
