My predictions will be of these two very simply put it
1). 30 Stable locked frames or unlocked always above 30fps.
2). Quality & Performance mode will be introduced, one being 30fps and the other aiming for higher FPS, possibly 60
The delay itself is evidence of taking its time to develop the port for it

Though I specifically remember the developers saying they would make the multiplayer the better focus on the next game but it didn't really happen

I got every other doom on my switch just lovely they got the coops on switch
Wouldn't say better but a good alternative to play for same genres of arcade dps
