You can always @ her too if you still don't get it
Basically yeah
Dissociative identity disorder
It looks like its kinda diagnosed? They eliminate the possibility of medical side effects being the case, then refer to psychiatrists.
Hai
@Liam I Think Actually it was moved out of the "personality disorder" section in the previous iteration of the DSM. Dissociative disorder these days.
Ah
a fair few of these are pretty straight-forwardly named
..."psychopathic"???
Oh, right... because that's a general encyclopedia list, which means historical things as well. It isn't limited to DSM-5 and ICD-10/11 content.1 (I say ICD-10 because 11 was just released)
These days "psychopath" is pretty much nothing more than the ASPD equivalent to calling someone a "retard" - a slur that's been all but abandoned by psychomed
So... regarding intentionality and such, DID and OSDD aren't the only forms of plurality. There's actually been study on tulpamancy (which is intentional) that included such matters as the existence of pre-existing psychomedical diagnoses.
...also, without system upkeep we're kinda just floundering x-x
currently in a state of vying for relevant words yet nowhere near enough coffee to make it happen

Usually me (Aura), though there are also times Leah, Chizue or Eira will proxy through me.
