Ok, so first of all, I'll suggest you to get all the F2P games on switch

They are all multiplayer, free and you'll have a lot of hours of fun

On top of that... Well, Zelda is a must if you like open worlds

It's open to the point where you wake up and can go face the final boss in underwear without even getting your first weapon

Personally, I'll just give you a toss up of some the games I personally think are some of the best quality ones on the device atm:

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Hollow Knight.
Diablo 3: Eternal Collection.
Transistor.
Splatoon 2.
Valkyria Chronicles or Valkyria Chronicles 4.
Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.
