with a 55" monitor you need to sit far away
You shouldn't sit so close from the TV, like... at all
specially if it's a 55"
if the monitor size goes up, so does view distance
Just like I think crunchyroll on console looks horrible upclose because I see so many little blocks on the screen. But away on my chair in the back of the room, I don't notice it period.
so while you can sit with the Switch almost all the way up your nose

your monitor is made for you to sit several metres from it
I notice the farther I get from the TV, the worse I get at FPS games
my aim isn't as steady
